Tines 3B, launched in 2026, is the next generation of Tines – a single, secure environment for every team’s apps, agents and automations.

As an integrator across the entire tech stack, Tines is vendor-agnostic integrating with any API-enabled service. This flexibility enables our customers to achieve their highest-priority goals faster. Tines has security woven into its DNA, and our platform is secure and private by design.

At Tines, we're driven by our values of Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness. We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a company culture that nurtures individual curiosity, growth, and integrity. We’re excited about what’s next, and we’re looking for others to join us on our journey.

We’re looking for an account-based marketing (ABM) manager to build and execute programs that help us engage, win, and grow our strategic and enterprise accounts across the West and Central regions. You’ll partner closely with sales to understand account priorities, reach the right buying groups, and create personalized experiences that generate quality pipeline and help opportunities progress.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. You’ll turn account research, intent signals, and sales insights into coordinated campaigns across digital channels, content, executive experiences, and direct outreach. Working with demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations, you’ll build an ABM approach for your regions that’s measurable, repeatable, and relevant to the people we want to reach. You’ll have the support of existing high-performing ABM frameworks, with the freedom to be creative and strategic.

What you will be doing

Build and own ABM programs: Develop and execute tailored programs for individual strategic accounts (1:1) and clusters of accounts with shared needs (1:few) through channels such as paid media, email, landing pages, direct mail, and sales outreach. Build repeatable approaches that extend successful programs to broader account segments.

Plan in close partnership with sales: Align with account executives and sales development teams in your regions on target accounts, buying groups, shared goals, and follow-up. Use account research, engagement data, and intent signals to identify priorities and coordinate marketing with account plans.

Collaborate across marketing: Partner with product marketing, content, and creative teams to translate account challenges into compelling messaging and assets. Work with field and partner marketing to develop executive briefings, roundtables, and targeted events.

Own end-to-end execution: Manage your region’s campaign budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables. Work with revenue operations to activate account segments, coordinate campaigns, and maintain reliable tracking.

Measure and optimize impact: Establish reporting on buying-group engagement, qualified pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue impact. Share results and recommendations with sales and marketing stakeholders, test new approaches, and document what works in reusable ABM playbooks.

What you bring with you

Relevant B2B marketing experience: Five or more years in B2B technology marketing, including at least two years building and executing ABM programs. You can point to programs that generated quality pipeline, accelerated opportunities, or supported customer growth.

A strong partnership with sales: You understand enterprise buying cycles and how to engage multiple stakeholders within an account. You’ve worked closely with sales teams to turn account priorities into coordinated marketing activity.

Strategic thinking and hands-on campaign skills: You’re comfortable developing an account-based plan and delivering it. You know how to adapt messaging and channel choices to different industries, personas, and stages of the buying process.

An analytical approach: You can interpret account and campaign data, distinguish engagement from meaningful business outcomes, and turn findings into clear recommendations. You’re comfortable communicating both results and measurement limitations.

Experience with marketing technology: You’ve used CRM, marketing automation, and ABM or intent platforms to build audiences, activate campaigns, and measure performance. Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, 6sense, Influ2, Clay, and Hubspot is helpful; appetite for using AI and automation to improve your work is encouraged.

Clear communication and strong project management: You build productive relationships across teams, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of delivery. You bring creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to test, learn, and adapt.

Target Annual Compensation: $168k- $190k OTE (base+ 10% bonus) + equity + benefits
