Description

The company is hiring a maintenance data analyst for its fleet performance monitoring and data team, which supports sustainment of the A400M fleet.

The role helps improve the maintenance plan with data, aiming for better operational availability and more efficient maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, process and analyse in-service maintenance and operational data from the A400M fleet, covering scheduled and unscheduled work, failures, removals and defect reports, to help refine the maintenance plan.
  • Track aircraft maintenance performance indicators such as findings rates and maintenance man hours. Assess the results so they stay consistent and traceable.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, technical summaries and dashboards.
  • Work with maintenance organisations, customers and other stakeholders to make sure requirements are met, and keep other teams at the company DS informed about fleet performance.

Requirements

  • A degree in engineering (aeronautical, industrial, computer science or a similar field).
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Data analysis experience, ideally in aerospace, aviation maintenance or industrial settings.
  • Understanding of in-service maintenance processes and reliability concepts.
  • Experience with maintenance databases and maintenance systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, a results-driven approach and close attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong English, both spoken and written.
  • Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
  • Desirable: skills in data analysis tools such as advanced Excel, Python, R or SQL, or similar.

Conditions

Permanent contract, professional experience level.

Equal opportunity: the company welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and does not ask for payment at any stage of recruitment.

Flexible working arrangements are encouraged where possible.
