  • Help administer Proof of Execution (POE) documents when needed.
  • Make sure all marketing activity meets the company policies and compliance rules.
  • Join regular meetings with marketing colleagues across the Nordics, sharing good practice and finding ways to work more efficiently.
  • Take part in local, regional and central marketing projects and contribute to them.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in B2B, technology, distribution or vendor settings.
  • A university degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
  • Fluency in at least 1 Nordic language is required, along with professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle several campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines at once.
  • A commercial outlook, with an understanding of marketing budgets, ROI, business value and campaign performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence negotiating with vendors and external partners.
  • Strong copywriting, editing and communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills, with close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfort working with data, reporting and marketing performance metrics.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and comfort in an international, Nordic setting.
  • Candidates who do not meet every requirement are still encouraged to apply.
