User Experience Design Specialist (Multiple Positions Available)

The team is hiring several User Experience Design Specialists. This posting is dated 10/19/2026.

Responsibilities

• Recruit user research participants and keep the user research database current.
• Turn product requirements and user insights into user flows, interaction patterns, and low to high fidelity prototypes.
• Test designs with external users and turn the results into clear findings, themes, and recommendations for design and product decisions.
• Explore business AI use cases and design conversational and embedded AI features for complex enterprise workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems that keep enterprise software consistent, usable, and efficient.
• Write design specifications and work with product managers and engineers to line up user, business, and technical requirements.
• Help plan and run client-facing design workshops and co-innovation sessions.
• Run UX quality checks to keep the design intent intact from start to finish.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in innovation, interaction design, industrial design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, plus five years of progressive experience after the bachelor's in this role or a related occupation.
• Or a master's degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields, plus three years of experience in this role or a related occupation.
• Three years of experience in each of the following: turning product requirements into mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Three years of planning, running, and analyzing user research with exploratory and evaluative methods to produce product insights.
• Three years of maintaining user research databases in tools such as Airtable and Dovetail.
• Three years of facilitating design thinking workshops in complex enterprise settings with internal and customer-facing participants.
• Three years of writing design specification documents that engineering and product management use to understand interaction design requirements.
• Three years of supporting a product team with UX quality checks and creating tickets in JIRA.
• Two years of experience in each of the following: creating design systems for interaction design in enterprise software.
• Two years of designing enterprise SaaS software for the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Two years of designing business AI experiences, such as enterprise chatbots and AI features embedded in enterprise SaaS products.
• Two years of running user research with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zintro, and UserZoom.

Conditions

Hybrid work model, based in Newport Beach, CA.

No travel is required.

The annual base salary range is $152,755 to $206,460.

The targeted combined base salary and variable incentive range is $152,755 to $229,400.

The offer will fall within the range and depend on education, skills, experience, scope, location, and the selection process.

Any variable incentive has a target amount, and actual payouts depend on company and individual performance.
