The AI Security team builds and maintains security frameworks that protect AI-driven assets across the company.
The team focuses on generative AI and agentic workflows, including prompt injection and risks in the model supply chain.
Using systems engineering, cloud migration, continuous integration, and software development, the team builds secure, scalable infrastructure that lets the company deliver AI solutions while keeping security aligned with enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and build of scalable, secure infrastructure across complex systems, using sound architecture, security frameworks, and automation.
Turn business needs into technical strategy by working with cross-functional teams.
Review internal AI projects, pipelines, and architectures for security gaps, and drive fixes.
Track emerging AI threats worldwide and update security policies, playbooks, and standards to match.
Define and refine scalable security processes and controls for AI and agentic systems across their full lifecycle.
Work with engineers and product teams to put secure-by-default patterns into CI/CD and MLOps workflows.
Build reference implementations and prototypes that test security controls in real AI environments.
Mentor others and advise on secure engineering and AI safety.
Bring emerging technologies and industry standards into security practice.
Oversee infrastructure maintenance and capacity planning.
Requirements
Write Python that secures agent execution environments, validates and sanitizes structured model outputs and tool calls, or controls arbitrary execution in dynamic evaluation workflows.
Have experience adding automated AI security testing for prompt injection, model scanning, and dependency vulnerabilities.
Have experience isolating autonomous agent runtimes and untrusted tool execution in hardened containers.
Know how to audit, track, and require peer review of system prompts, agent tool schemas, and policy-as-code to prevent prompt tampering.
Can define immutable, secure Linux environments for AI workloads, set runtime guardrails, and apply OS-level sandboxing.
Understand multi-agent design patterns, state management, and blast-radius containment, so agents stay within deterministic boundaries.
Minimum option 1: a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field, plus 6 years of systems and infrastructure engineering experience at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
Minimum option 2: 8 years of systems and infrastructure engineering experience at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
