Description

This is a 2-year full-time technology analyst program in Irving, Texas, starting in July with a structured training period. The title is Technology - Cyber Security, Full Time Analyst, Irving 2027.

The company's technology group supports its platforms for clients worldwide and has more than 30,000 technologists. The work covers scalable, low-latency, high-frequency enterprise systems that support strategic priorities.

Technology solutions underpin the business. The team builds digital architecture, improves customer-facing platforms, manages operational risk and resources, and focuses on enterprise resiliency and business continuity. The chief information security office (CISO) protects the company's and clients' assets and information.

Rotations across more than one team help you build a broad skill set and find the right fit for your long-term goals. Team placement determines which technologies you use, though the categories are shared.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-impact, real-world projects that affect how banking evolves.
• Work on next-generation digital banking solutions, cybersecurity defenses, data-driven innovation, or customer experience improvements.
• Use a range of technologies, including Java, Spring Framework, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry for microservices; React or Angular, Apigee, TypeScript, and HTML5 for front-end work; and Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to track customer journey adoption and measure business value.
• Work with generative AI and AI agent tools such as GitHub Copilot, the company Squad, Devin.AI, and Stylus Workspaces, applying prompt engineering, workflow design, and GenAI optimization.
• Work on globally scoped projects with cross-functional teams to see how technology shapes the financial sector worldwide.

Requirements

• Expected to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in cyber security, information technology, management information systems, or another technology-related field.
• A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Solve problems proactively, enjoy innovation, and use generative AI to tackle complex business problems with new solutions.
• Bring a global outlook and work well with colleagues across cultures and time zones.
• Communicate clearly and show strength in project management, leadership, attention to detail, and teamwork within diverse groups.
• Pass technical interviews that include basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Be collaborative and adaptable. Experience working in agile teams is desirable.
• Be authorized to work in the USA now and in the future without employer sponsorship.
• Commit to steady learning and have a real interest in business. Be ambitious and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, curious about how technology can change finance, and aiming to grow into a future technology leader.

Conditions

Annual salary of $90,000 USD. The full-time salary range for the Irving, Texas location is $80,000.00 to $115,000.00.
