Description

The company runs a customer engagement platform that helps brands send cross-channel messages, orchestrate customer journeys and personalise experiences with AI.

Enterprise buyers need thorough security, risk and privacy reviews before they sign, so this client-facing Security & Privacy Analyst sits in the Solutions Center of Excellence and bridges technical security knowledge and deal work.

This is a strategic pre-sales role, not back-office work. You will help revenue move faster by clearing security blockers and earning customer trust.

The company is growing quickly across the globe. It is headquartered in New York, with offices in Austin, Berlin, Bucharest, Chicago, Dubai, Jakarta, London, Paris, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo.

The team values high standards, teamwork, autonomy, accountability and openness to new ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Own answers to technical security, privacy and compliance questionnaires from prospects, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA and NIST, returning accurate, polished replies fast enough to keep deals moving.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on pre-sales alignment calls, defending infrastructure, encryption, data handling and compliance posture against questions from prospect CISOs and risk teams.
  • Build and maintain the technical RFP and security knowledge base, keeping it current as product capabilities and threats change.
  • Work with Corporate Security, DevOps, Legal and Product Engineering to turn complex architecture into clear material for customers.
  • Create self-service security packages, whitepapers, trust portals and architecture diagrams that answer common questions before they stall a deal.

Requirements

  • You see security compliance as a way to build trust and win business, not as a blocker.
  • You are a structured, detail-focused project manager who can run several high-priority enterprise deals at once.
  • You have 3, 5 years of combined experience in solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, information security or technical IT audit, such as Big 4 security advisory.
  • You understand cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS, API security, CDNs, encryption at rest and in transit, and identity management including SSO, SAML and OAuth.
  • You are fluent in GDPR, CCPA, PIPA and HIPAA, and in global data protection and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • You communicate clearly in writing and speaking, and can handle adversarial security reviews with diplomacy, commercial sense and authority.
  • Holding or actively pursuing credentials such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CompTIA Security+, CISA or CISSP is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with marketing data flows such as CDPs, ESPs and CRMs is highly advantageous.

Conditions

The company supports hybrid work, and benefits vary by location, with country-specific details available and full plan details shared if you receive an offer.

The company uses AI-assisted tools to screen applications, schedule interviews and summarise interview notes, and screening may amount to solely automated decision-making. Recruiters remain responsible for all hiring decisions.

You may opt out of AI-assisted review of your application for each role you apply to, and you may ask for more information, a manual review or to contest a decision through the talent acquisition team.

Equal opportunity employer: candidates who do not meet 100% of the criteria are encouraged to apply.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay that may include equity
  • Retirement savings and an employee stock purchase plan
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage
  • Fertility benefits and equal paid parental leave
  • Formal career paths, learning platforms and a yearly learning stipend
  • An in-office experience designed for community, team connections and innovation
  • An annual company-wide Volunteer Week and donation matching
