The company is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, used by millions of companies from large enterprises to early-stage startups to accept payments and grow revenue.
This role sits in the crypto business and supports the company's largest and most complex crypto-native users.
Technical Solutions Consultants own the technical relationship with these accounts. They work across Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams to balance customer business needs against technical constraints, and act as trusted advisors who help businesses serve their own customers better, run their technical operations well, and grow globally with the company.
Responsibilities
Act as the technical expert for a set of strategic crypto accounts, including high-growth companies building on the company's crypto and stablecoin products such as Bridge and Privy.
Build lasting relationships with the engineering, payments operations, and product staff at those accounts, serving as their main technical contact and advisor.
Mobilize teams across the company to resolve complex technical problems, and proactively find ways for accounts to succeed and scale.
Lead troubleshooting and incident response for your accounts, owning communication and remediation until the issue is resolved and working with Product, Support, and Engineering as needed.
Coordinate with GTM and other customer-facing teams so your accounts get one consistent experience, combining technical ownership with commercial strategy.
Turn customer and developer needs into product feedback: find patterns across accounts, estimate business impact, escalate to Product and Engineering, and track each item to completion.
Build and maintain runbooks, escalation paths, and success metrics for each account, such as uptime, latency, transaction throughput, and settlement timelines.
Review account implementations ahead of time to find improvements and catch problems in performance, reliability, and compliance workflows, and flag growth opportunities to partner teams.
Run regular business and technical reviews with customers, including quarterly reviews, post-mortems, and roadmap previews, and drive their action items to completion.
Write and maintain customer-facing technical documentation, sample code, and troubleshooting guides that help customers help themselves.
Lead cross-functional projects and process changes that cut operational friction, improve SLAs, and expand TSC coverage and effectiveness.
