Description

The company is a global sales organization that brings AI and edge technology into vehicles, factories, hospitals, homes and everyday devices, working directly with customers building new products.

The Technical Sales & Applications Program is an early-career track for new college graduates who want customer-facing technical roles, with a focus on the Industrial, IoT and Automotive markets.

The program combines structured learning with on-the-job work and runs 9, 12 months. It prepares participants to become Technical Sales Engineers (TSEs), who lead the field team and own customer strategy, communication and results.

Structured learning covers semiconductor and system basics, product portfolios, embedded systems and software, business fundamentals, and instruction from company experts and leaders.

On-the-job training includes territory or customer assignments, customer meetings, technical reviews, helping with evaluations and demos, and taking on growing technical ownership.

After the program, you move into a permanent TSE role in the Americas Sales organization. Placement depends on business needs and your preferences.
