Description

The company is a European technology consultancy with 51,000 employees in nearly 30 countries. Its Canadian team delivers cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure, SAP and enterprise applications, data and AI, and digital transformation work.

This role leads infrastructure and security transformation projects for international clients as a trusted adviser. You will manage a dedicated team of network, security and DevOps engineers on firewall modernization, network access control, IPAM, observability, a network source of truth and Infrastructure as Code across several regions.

Responsibilities

  • Take infrastructure and security transformation projects from start to close.
  • Hold planning, quality and budget accountability for at least four projects running at the same time.
  • Choose Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid approaches according to each project's needs.
  • Guide engineers toward project goals and clear the obstacles in their way.
  • Make sure every deliverable meets quality standards.
  • Run steering committees and brief C-level executives on progress.
  • Keep communication clear among stakeholders in an international, multi-region setting.
  • Coordinate client teams, vendors and the company's leadership.
  • Lead client workshops to clarify needs, align stakeholders and agree next steps.
  • Spot, assess and reduce risks, raising them early.
  • Move each project into operations through documentation, knowledge transfer and a formal handover.
  • Help the pre-sales team find new opportunities.
  • Share lessons learned to improve the company's PMO practice.
  • Maintain an integrated project plan, updated weekly, showing planned versus actual progress, schedule, dependencies, milestones and resources.
  • Send a weekly flash report covering status, blockers and next actions for all projects.
  • Produce a monthly report on progress by project and region, milestones, risks and decisions needed.
  • Prepare a quarterly business review with a plan versus actual scorecard, business value delivered, risks and the outlook for next quarter.
  • Build a transition package for each project: runbooks, playbooks, architecture diagrams, training and handover sign-off.

Requirements

  • Take ownership, move quickly and keep momentum when priorities change.
  • Stay curious about new technologies, methods and client contexts, and ask open, clarifying questions before proposing answers.
  • Focus on the client's business goals, build trust and deliver what matters to them.
  • Listen actively, break problems into smaller parts, test ideas against evidence and challenge respectfully before recommending a path.
  • Run focused workshops that draw out every stakeholder's view without judging it, and close with a clear summary and next steps.
  • Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, SAFe, Agile, Scrum Master, ITIL.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT and cybersecurity.
  • Strong speaking, presenting, facilitation and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Confident use of AI tools to speed up planning, reporting and analysis, using them responsibly and protecting data.
  • Able to manage several projects at once and adapt in a quick-moving setting.
  • Able to explain technical risk to non-technical audiences.
  • Able to lead engineers and identify, understand and mitigate risks.
  • Asset: bilingual in English and French.
