Description

The team supports the Department of Defense by helping unify the Air Force's cyber defense, so threats can be met faster with shared insight, quicker decisions and stronger mission protection.

This Technical Program Manager role gives you a view of the full mission initiatives and a clear path for growth in program management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the breakdown of high-level requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories that fit upcoming Program Increments.
  • Evaluate and categorize validated requirements, then recommend them to the Government for approval and route each one to the right Agile pipeline: infrastructure, pipeline, software or application.
  • Occasionally access SCIF facilities to engage with classified requirement sources and governance boards.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of Scrum and SAFe, including Agile decomposition, backlog management, and PI and Sprint planning.
  • Experience orchestrating PI planning across multiple contractor teams in a System of Systems environment.
  • Experience bringing high-level capability documents such as IS-ICD, RDP and Forms 1067 into digital thread workflows.
  • Working knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD and software testing frameworks.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple contractor teams in a hybrid cloud, cybersecurity-intensive environment.
  • Technical fluency in enterprise architecture, MBSE models or Zero Trust frameworks.
  • Proficiency with backlog tools such as Jira.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10 to 12 years in technical program or product leadership.
  • At least 5 years leading Agile development pipelines and at least 3 years supporting MBSE, DevSecOps or software engineering programs.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance.
  • Top Secret clearance, currently held, with eligibility to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
  • US citizenship required.
