Description

The company is a growth-stage FinTech based in New York City that is building a payment layer for households' recurring financial obligations. Users can view, split and pay their bills in one place, with more control over how and when they pay. On-time payments can count toward a positive credit history.

This role leads partner integration programs from scoping through launch and ongoing performance. You will coordinate delivery across Engineering, Business Development and external partners so integrations launch on schedule and stay reliable afterward. The work shapes the core technology that will move the company from one product to a broader financial services platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the launch plan, including the timeline, milestone tracker, technical and go-to-market project management, and escalation when dates slip.
  • Document UI and UX in Figma, covering placement, partner-facing screens and Embed onboarding, and confirm the experience launches correctly and stays that way.
  • Drive technical design decisions and troubleshooting during the build with the Engineering Lead who owns it.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for pilot partners and keep them engaged.
  • Run recurring technical syncs with partners, setting agendas and following up on actions.
  • Alongside the Technical Account team, lead incident escalation and partner communication during issues.
  • Review partner performance data monthly and work with Analytics to resolve tracking problems.
  • Respond to partner requests for product features and improvements.
  • Ensure other the company teams fix and test bugs that affect integrated partners.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to turn current integrations into a broader, reusable API and platform that supports more billers and payment types, including rent.
  • Convert recurring partner issues into reusable templates, checklists, runbooks and tooling that speed up launches and lower maintenance cost.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical program management, technical product, solutions or integration engineering, or a similar role running cross-functional technical launches.
  • Hands-on work with third-party integrations and APIs, including REST, webhooks, authentication, SDKs, and sandbox and production environments, and comfort reading API docs and technical specs.
  • A record of guiding multi-team projects from kickoff to launch, with milestone tracking, risk management and escalation.
  • Careful attention to detail and clear communication with external partners and senior stakeholders, including during incidents.
  • Comfort being accountable for outcomes you do not directly control, working across BD, Engineering and partners without managing them.
  • A hands-on approach with no direct reports: you lead through influence and go into the details yourself.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Partner programs: experience running a partner program or developer relations function, or owning a partner API or self-serve integration surface.
  • Design collaboration: experience working with design on partner-facing UI, and fluency in Figma.
  • Strongly preferred: experience with money movement, including flow of funds, ledgering, reconciliation and banking-partner constraints.
  • Strongly preferred: experience with property management software and its ecosystem, such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, MRI or AppFolio.
  • Strongly preferred: experience running incident communications and post-incident follow-through.
