Description

The company makes software for autism and IDD care, used in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), multidisciplinary therapy, and special education. Over 200,000 users work with it to run therapy and education services at scale.

This Technical Product Analyst role sits in the Data Product teams and supports Product Managers with the analysis and technical detail needed to turn requirements into data products that are validated and ready for production. You connect product strategy with engineering delivery and make sure the data logic behind the analytics is as reliable as the features built on it.

The role is hybrid and mixes product execution, data QA and validation, and process improvement. It suits someone who is comfortable working through unclear data logic, wants to build product and analytical skills, and works in a fast-moving healthcare data organization.

The company is backed by Roper Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROP) and is in a period of growth, new products, and scaling up. Over 10 times it has been named one of the best places to work by Inc, Built In, and NJBIZ.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the ABI and DW Product Managers to clarify requirements, set acceptance criteria, and support backlog grooming and release readiness.
  • Own SQL-based data validation and metric reconciliation, checking source-to-target logic and how data is transformed into the elasticubes.
  • Read and act on output from AI-agent QA tools, write test cases, and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Look into reported data discrepancies and production issues, work out whether the cause is upstream in the pipeline or in the BI or presentation layer, and escalate to Engineering when needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external users with questions about data and dashboards, then resolve each request or send it to the right team.
  • Run regression testing on each release to confirm earlier fixes and validated logic still hold as new features and data sources arrive.
  • Convert repeated manual checks into reusable, documented validation rules and find chances to automate QA and data-quality work.
  • Carry out ad hoc market, competitive, and data-driven research to help PMs make decisions.
  • Keep clear records of requirements, test cases, validation results, and known issues so both product teams have a lasting trail.
  • Explain validation findings, risks, and open issues to PMs, Engineering, and other stakeholders, including status updates during release cycles.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a data analyst, BI analyst, QA or data validation, or technical product analyst role, ideally in healthcare or SaaS data.
  • Strong SQL for writing and reading queries, with the skill to check data against source-to-target logic rather than relying only on BI output.
  • Hands-on work with BI and visualization tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, including building and maintaining dashboards. Required.
  • Knowledge of elasticube structures and AI-agent tools, or the ability to pick them up quickly.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum, including requirements refinement, backlog support, and release readiness.
  • Comfort working through ambiguous data logic without everything being specified, and judgment about when to bring in a PM or Engineering.
  • Strong written documentation habits, with the ability to produce clear requirements, test cases, and QA artifacts.
  • Detail-oriented, with solid analytical and troubleshooting skills and the ability to reconcile discrepancies across several data sources.
  • Clear communication with both technical Engineering staff and non-technical stakeholders and customers.
  • Python experience, preferred but not required.
  • Exposure to healthcare data, EMRs, or ABA-specific data such as billing, scheduling, authorization, clinical sessions, or clinical goals, preferred but not required.
  • A process-improvement mindset, interested in turning recurring manual work into reusable, automated validation rules.
