Technical Delivery Manager

The team leads security-focused technology initiatives that protect and strengthen enterprise systems.

This role manages mid-sized projects from start to finish, keeping them aligned with scope, schedule, budget and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate engineering, risk, compliance and vendor partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role suits a project manager with solid experience in risk management, financial oversight, Agile and Waterfall delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity and IT projects from start to finish, keeping scope, timeline, quality and budget on track
• Find, track and reduce project risks and issues, keeping risk logs current and defining escalation paths
• Forecast and track project budgets, and produce financial reports
• Build and maintain detailed plans, schedules and delivery roadmaps
• Choose the right methodology (Agile, Scrum or Waterfall) for each project's needs
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors so solutions arrive on time
• Track project performance, KPIs and governance requirements, and report status clearly
• Lead change management and support user adoption through communication and training

Requirements

• 4+ years in IT project management, cybersecurity project delivery or program management
• Proven record of identifying, tracking and mitigating risks and issues
• Strong background in project budget management, financial forecasting and cost control
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall
• Working knowledge of project tools such as Planview, Jira, MS Project or similar
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors in a regulated or enterprise setting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field
• Preferred: experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives such as cloud security, access control or risk remediation
• Preferred: familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST or ISO
• Preferred: experience with DevSecOps or secure SDLC practices
• Preferred: strong analytical and reporting skills, including dashboards and executive communication
• Preferred: experience leading stakeholder alignment and decisions across technical and business teams
• Preferred: certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CISSP or equivalent

Hybrid or remote work, depending on business needs

Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration or key project milestones

Works in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Base pay range: $81,500 - $108,600

Pay depends on performance, experience and skills, equity, regular market reviews and location; pay complies with applicable regulations
