Technical Consultant Peripheral Vascular Health BeNeLux

Description

You will join a global healthcare technology company in the Peripheral Vascular Health business, which makes products for treating arterial, venous, and embolization conditions.

The portfolio covers drug-coated balloons, peripheral stents, PTA balloons, embolization products, and deep and superficial venous devices. Interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and other clinicians use them.

You will be the technical and scientific specialist for this portfolio across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, working alongside sales teams and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Give technical and scientific support during clinical cases that use PVH products.
• Run product training and education for healthcare professionals on using PVH technologies safely and effectively.
• Give sales representatives clinical expertise, product knowledge, and scientific evidence that match customer needs.
• Present and demonstrate products to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver technical and scientific talks at customer sites, conferences, and sales meetings.
• Build and keep strong working relationships with interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and other clinicians.
• Connect commercial teams with technical colleagues to resolve customer requirements and clinical questions.
• Offer follow-up and post-procedure guidance, including application-specific product information.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering sciences, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related technical field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the BeNeLux region.
• Ability to provide technical support and training in hospitals and clinical settings.
• Ability to work independently and juggle several customer priorities at once.
• Preferred: fluency in French.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, medical devices, or MedTech.
• Preferred: experience supporting physicians in interventional, vascular, endovascular, or surgical procedures.
• Preferred: commercial awareness and experience working with sales organizations.
• Preferred: knowledge of peripheral vascular therapies, embolization technologies, or endovascular procedures.

Conditions

About 80% of the time is frequent travel across the BeNeLux, including daily customer visits and on-site support in hospitals.
