Technical Cofounder & CTO (AI)

Description

The company is AI-native and builds Advisor Relationship Management (ARM) software for insurance and investment firms.

You will be a technical cofounder and CTO, owning the technology with a hands-on AI engineering background.

You must be located in US or Canada time zones.

Responsibilities

• Set the AI architecture and roadmap for the advisor prediction and messaging models.
• Build and deploy machine learning and LLM systems on enterprise data, handling it securely and in a privacy-safe way.
• Recruit and manage the technical team.
• Present the technology to customers and investors.

Requirements

• Production machine learning experience, including predictive modeling deployed in live systems.
• Experience building and deploying on AWS. The stack uses Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, along with RAG and agents. Hands-on work with these is preferred, but you can learn the remaining tools quickly.
• Practical experience with LLMs and strong skills in Python and data engineering.
• Technical leadership and an ownership mindset.
