Requirements

  • Eight or more years of related experience (8+ years).
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science.
  • Familiarity with software development using Java or JavaScript frameworks, RESTful microservices, and cloud architecture and deployment on Amazon Web Services.
  • Ability to work with customers to elicit, analyse and document detailed functional requirements and turn them into technical specifications.
  • Ability to convert high-level requirements into actionable Jira user stories and epics for development teams.
  • Experience carrying out functional testing of application features.
  • Experience as a key technical liaison across systems engineers, developers and domain experts, presenting AI approaches and their tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Awareness of modern AI and ML developments and the ability to spot practical ways to apply them to enterprise applications.
  • Skills in problem solving, requirements definition, systems management and technical requirements.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
  • US citizenship required.
  • Desired experience: designing or refining technical artifacts specifically for AI integration.
  • Desired experience: evaluating AI architectures, assessing model performance and identifying system-level integration tradeoffs.
  • Desired experience: coordinating the design and development of AI-driven solutions from concept to deployment, integrated with the existing software architecture.
  • Desired experience: keeping current with AI and machine learning advances and applying new methods to improve existing systems.
