  • Review existing documentation on a regular basis and propose better approaches.
  • Learn the company's products and services well enough to turn complex information into simple, polished and engaging content for users.
  • Run quality control, including peer and final reviews, editing against applicable specifications and standards, validation and change verification, so documents are accurate and adequate.
  • Make sure documentation meets all applicable specifications, standards and project constraints.
  • Define, track and report baseline knowledge management performance metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Help create and edit graphic content for program documentation.

Requirements

  • You must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
  • Preferred: you can obtain Department of Homeland Security Entry On Duty clearance, with an active Entry On Duty status preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent, plus 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to set priorities to meet deadlines and handle several requests at once.

Conditions

The company offers flexibility so employees can balance their work and personal lives.
