Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Cover)

This fixed-term maternity cover sits in the Talent Acquisition team and covers recruitment in Portugal, Spain and other EMEA markets. You will work with hiring managers, HR business partners and other key stakeholders to deliver a strong recruitment experience and hire top talent.

The role suits a recruiter who likes an international, fast-moving setting and handling several open processes at once.

Responsibilities

• Run full recruitment cycles, from intake meeting to offer.
• Advise hiring managers on their needs, shape recruitment plans and share market insights.
• Work with the sourcing team to reach strong candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal talent pools, referrals and other channels.
• Hold structured interviews to judge each candidate's experience, motivation and fit.
• Arrange interview schedules and look after candidates well at every stage.
• Liaise with HR, onboarding staff and other stakeholders so hiring runs smoothly and compliantly.
• Keep recruitment records current in Workday, the applicant tracking system, and send regular hiring updates.
• Help improve Talent Acquisition practices, including sourcing approaches and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
• Experience running several recruitment processes at the same time.
• Prior use of an applicant tracking system.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate well within an international team.
• Good organisation and careful attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing business environment.
• Fluent Portuguese and fluent English.
• Highly desirable: Spanish.
