  • Lead MBSE practice by setting SysML modeling standards, linking models to requirements databases and aligning the digital engineering toolchain.
  • Act as the main technical contact for customer and supplier organizations on requirements flowdown, verification progress and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

  • Any one of the following: a bachelor's degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering or a related STEM field plus 10 years in systems engineering or a related discipline; a master's degree in a related STEM field plus 8 years of experience; 14 years of systems engineering or related experience in place of a degree; or a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Deep knowledge of lifecycle standards including the INCOSE SE Handbook and MIL-STD-499.
  • Significant hands-on MBSE experience using SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler (MagicDraw).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of DoDAF architecture frameworks and digital engineering environments.
  • Preferred: experience in reliability and/or system safety analyses.
  • Travel of 10-15%, which may include overnight stays for customer reviews and test events.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government clearance.
