The company built the first technology platform for responsible data use in 2016 and now extends that work to AI, the newest and largest expansion of data.
Its governance platform combines regulatory intelligence, automation and connected governance workflows so businesses can keep moving fast with AI while controlling data misuse at scale. Thousands of organizations worldwide use it.
This customer-facing role sits in R&D Customer Engineering. You will lead AI governance initiatives within the Design Partner Program, working with some of the company's most innovative and influential customers as they run AI governance across the enterprise.
You will be the link between customers, product management, engineering and executive leadership, turning what you learn from AI leaders, governance, privacy, legal and engineering teams into product strategy and roadmap investments.
The goal is to help customers govern AI with confidence, speed up adoption, and keep the company the trusted platform for responsible AI at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities
Shape the AI governance solution vision by turning customer requirements, new regulations and market needs into scalable capabilities, architecture patterns and roadmap priorities.
Act as the main technical and domain adviser to Design Partner customers, leading discovery sessions, architecture workshops, solution reviews and technical assessments on AI governance, responsible AI and enterprise AI adoption.
Connect customer challenges with product management, engineering and architecture, converting business goals, governance requirements and implementation gaps into reusable product investments and reference solutions.
Design scalable, secure and resilient patterns across AI inventories, AI assessments, AI risk management, governance workflows, model oversight, policy management and compliance operations.
Define integration approaches covering APIs, data flows, governance controls, identity and operational workflows so customers can connect the platform to their wider enterprise systems.
Influence product and engineering direction through customer insight, feasibility analysis and hands-on solution design, aiming at faster adoption, quicker implementation, better quality and long-term reuse.
Represent the customer voice in roadmap planning, executive reviews and cross-functional prioritization, so high-value challenges become differentiated platform capabilities.
Track measurable customer outcomes in AI governance maturity, compliance readiness, risk reduction, operational efficiency, adoption and expansion.
Create best practices, reference architectures and reusable implementation patterns that internal teams and strategic customers can use to run responsible AI at enterprise scale.
Represent the company as a thought leader on AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles and enterprise solution design through customer engagements, workshops and field enablement.
