The company uses first-principles reasoning to rebuild the call center around voice AI. Thousands of companies use its AI voice agents for sales, support, and logistics calls that once needed large human teams.
The 2026 goal is a CX platform where whole contact centers run on AI. AI workers act as frontline agents, QA analysts, and managers, carrying out, monitoring, and refining every customer interaction instead of relying on basic automation that needs constant human tuning.
You will work on the tools customers use to create, deploy, monitor, and improve AI voice agents.
This Staff role leads complex frontend projects and shapes the user experience of the voice AI platform. You will work with engineering, product, and design to turn complicated workflows into simple interfaces.
The work is hands-on, and you own it from defining the problem and choosing the technical approach through launch and iteration.
The team is small and highly capable, with very little process overhead. Your decisions can shape the company's direction, and the problems you solve affect customers, revenue, and scale.
Responsibilities
Take frontend projects from concept to production, owning architecture, implementation, and delivery.
Build responsive, dependable interfaces in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Work with product and design to simplify complex flows for agent configuration, dashboards, and analytics.
Define frontend architecture, reusable components, and patterns so the team can ship faster.
Improve performance, accessibility, and reliability as customer usage grows.
Raise code quality through reviews, testing, mentoring, and hands-on technical leadership.
Partner with backend engineers on APIs and data flows that keep the user experience smooth.

You care about interaction details, usability, accessibility, and performance.
You can take an unclear problem, define an approach, and see it through to delivery.
