Conditions
Pay is a base salary plus a variable component, which together form on-target earnings (OTE), split 70/30 between base salary and target variable.
Typical starting salary is $107,500 to $170,100 USD, typical starting target variable is $46,000 to $72,800 USD, and typical starting OTE is $153,500 to $242,900 USD.
These ranges are the lowest to highest the company reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting; actual pay may be higher or lower, and the ranges may change.
Where you sit in the range depends on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, performance and business needs.
The company is distributed and offers flexible locations and schedules for many roles.

The company welcomes applicants with disabilities and will make accommodations on request during recruiting.
Equal opportunity applies to all applicants.
