This Sr. Solution Architect role sits in the Business Operations (BizOps) team, a highly visible role at a large-scale SaaS cloud company. The team values diversity of thought, leadership at every level, ambitious goals and celebrating wins, large and small.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the company model development, acting as the architecture subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions.
• Gather and review requirements that shape the architecture of operational solutions supporting product development.
• Turn existing spreadsheets, mockups and business problems into complex multi-dimensional the company models.
• Change existing models to fit into connected solutions, add optimization or introduce new functions.
• Set up standard processes and documentation for the company models, and build repeatable, scalable methods for insights.
• Lead data integration and migration work.
• Investigate the root causes of data and reporting problems.
• Lead model optimization across the ecosystem.
• Advise senior leadership on model architecture and strategy.
• Give the project team clear, concise progress updates and fold in feedback quickly through iteration.

Requirements

• Work with a high degree of autonomy, accountability and integrity.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a business field such as finance, operations or accounting, or in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics or data analytics.
• Have 3+ years of experience building and using the company models to automate and scale processes.
• Have experience analysing large data sets and turning them into insights for management and executives.
• Solve complex problems by leading expert interviews, handling intricate data, leading partners and guiding processes to success.
• Work well as part of an interdisciplinary team, showing innovation, accountability and reliability in a constantly changing environment.
• Have led end-to-end the company model builds.
• Work across functions with executive leadership.
• Nice to have: consulting experience or experience in an the company architecture role.
• Nice to have: experience working on dynamic projects with go-to-market (GTM) teams.
• Nice to have: experience leading organizational change or project management.
• Nice to have: Master Anaplanner Certification.
