The company has focused on stopping breaches since 2011, and its AI-native platform handles almost 3 trillion events per day, with that volume growing daily.
Customers span every industry and depend on the company to keep their operations running and communities safe.
The company uses AI across its work and expects staff to adopt it responsibly, test new ideas and improve how things get done.
The FrontTier Expansions team makes LogScale fleets run reliably on AWS, GCP, OCI and company-managed datacenters, wherever customers need them.
The team builds systems that ingest over 100 PB of event data daily, keep data for a decade, serve millions of queries per hour and support thousands of customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
Own core services and libraries that let LogScale run across AWS, GCP, OCI and on-prem datacenters.
Lead technical design for version upgrades, patch rollouts and configuration management that keep customer impact low.
Build automation tools and microservices that standardize provisioning, upgrades and scaling across cloud providers.
Plan capacity, forecast workloads and design dynamic scaling across different cloud environments.
Build and extend observability tools for tracing, profiling, alerting and SLO frameworks that show fleet health.
Build security in from the start, including authentication, authorization, encryption and audit logging that meet industry standards and compliance rules.
Apply GitOps and DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines.
Work on shared libraries and frameworks used across the wider NG-SIEM/LogScale platform.
Serve as technical lead and liaison between FrontTier Expansions and internal stakeholders.
Design, deploy and troubleshoot services on Kubernetes clusters, both managed and self-managed.
Take part in a global on-call rotation for production infrastructure.
Mentor engineers in distributed systems, cloud architecture and engineering practice, and raise the team's technical bar.
Keep reassessing architecture, performance and reliability as the platform expands to new clouds and customers.
