Sr. Associate Cybersecurity IGA Tester

The team is hiring a Sr. Associate, IAM Engineer focused on Identity Governance. The role supports the security and governance of user access across enterprise systems and applications, helping put in place processes so the right people have the right access at the right time. It supports the company's security, compliance and Zero Trust goals.

You will work with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application and business teams. The role suits a cybersecurity professional with solid technical fundamentals, strong analytical thinking and a wish to build deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance (IGA).

Responsibilities

• Help run and support Identity Governance and Access Management solutions.
• Help with provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes and access reviews.
• Look into access problems, workflow failures and data mismatches, and fix them.
• Validate data and track remediation for access certification campaigns and governance work.
• Help onboard applications to identity governance platforms and record their access requirements.
• Review identity and access data to spot risks, inconsistencies and areas to improve.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, procedures and support materials.
• Prepare evidence and help validate controls for audit and compliance work.
• Use scripts, reports or automation to make operations more efficient and improve data quality.
• Work with technical and business teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Take part in cybersecurity and identity projects, testing and platform upgrades.
• Keep learning about identity security technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in IAM, identity governance, cybersecurity, IT operations, application support or a related technology role.
• A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• A foundational grasp of authentication, authorization, least privilege, access controls and risk management.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and analyzing system behavior, logs, reports or operational data.
• Ability to follow documented processes, find root causes and carry out fixes within set procedures.
• Familiarity with enterprise environments such as operating systems, directories, cloud platforms, applications or security tools.
• Basic experience with scripting, automation, reporting or data analysis, using tools such as PowerShell, Python, SQL, Excel or similar.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: exposure to IAM or IGA concepts.
• Preferred: experience testing IGA solutions, including access requests, provisioning and deprovisioning, and the Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle.
• Preferred: proficiency in functional, regression, integration and API testing, with strong defect management and root cause analysis.
• Preferred: experience supporting compliance and audit through User Access Reviews (UARs), RBAC testing, test evidence and control validation.
• Preferred: working knowledge of SailPoint, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta, including validating identity integrations and access controls.
• Preferred: experience with technical data, reports, dashboards, logs or automation tools.
• Preferred: understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, segregation of duties or related security concepts.
• Preferred: security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Security, AWS, Azure or equivalent.
• Preferred: a clear interest in learning new technologies and security areas.

Conditions

The base pay range is €40,900 to €68,100.

Pay depends on performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market reviews and geographic market. The range follows the company's pay philosophy and will always comply with applicable regulations.

Other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, may be offered in addition to base pay.
