You bridge technology and sales, owning the project lifecycle, business plans and revenue for key actuator accounts in North America while working with HQ R&D.

Responsibilities

  • Spot technical opportunities and emerging customer needs through customer conversations, application discussions and project work, and help sales grow the pipeline.
  • Represent actuator solutions and build brand awareness at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings.
  • Manage revenue activities, including orders, supply chain coordination and Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking.
  • Coordinate schedules, manage risks and keep projects on time.
  • Document customer technical requirements and market insights (Voice of Customer, VOC), then pass them to HQ R&D and Product Management to shape next-generation products and features.
  • Work closely with HQ Product Management, local subsidiaries and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects smoothly and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (required).
  • Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in motor controls, gearboxes, PCB systems, and encoders and sensors (required).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent external communication skills and substantial customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to lead technical sales proposals and develop and deliver customized solutions.
  • Native or near-native English.
  • Preferred: Master's or Ph.D. in a STEM field, or a relevant double major.
  • Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification.
  • Preferred: Master's or Ph.D. in Robotics or Actuator engineering.
