Description

The company makes a collaborative AI workspace where teams and AI agents work together. It brings knowledge, projects, meetings and AI tools into one place. Individuals, small teams and large enterprises all use it.

The team aims to set the standard for how people work together in the AI era, from building a company's core records to creating and managing AI agents and automating routine work.

The Solutions Consultant role is customer-facing and carries a quota. The consultant builds alongside customers, turns their main challenges into measurable results, and stays involved through adoption, expansion and renewal.

The role is based in Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline across your accounts by planning target accounts with BDRs and reaching out to priority stakeholders, alongside the pipeline BDRs source.
  • Own each opportunity from the first conversation to close. Run discovery, judge business need and urgency, bring stakeholders into agreement, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and buying decision. Handle commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal and security reviews to close with the right scope, credits and implementation path.
  • Design and test workflow solutions that show measurable value. Map current and future workflows, co-build solutions live in the product, and set realistic scope, success criteria and an implementation path. Turn customer needs and proven outcomes into a business case, a commercial recommendation and a decision path. Use discovery to build and test ideas.
  • Bring in BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments with clear context. You keep ownership of momentum, customer communication and next steps.
  • After signature, drive customer value and commercial growth. Work with Outcomes Architects to set an initial path to value and an adoption plan covering onboarding and adoption across several workflows. Own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Track credits sold against credits used, and raise risks and expansion opportunities as workflows mature.

Requirements

  • Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. Show how you created or moved business forward, influenced customer decisions and owned measurable results. Quota-carrying sales or related customer-facing work counts.
  • Technical fluency and a builder mindset. You can build in software, demo, co-design and troubleshoot with a customer without a specialist present.
  • AI fluency. You are enthusiastic about AI, build with new tools and keep learning new ways of working.
  • Discovery, qualification and value articulation. You can uncover needs, map workflows, judge business impact and urgency, and turn findings into commercial outcomes, adoption plans and clear success criteria.
  • Drive and fast learning. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer conversations and use those lessons to improve results. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make hard problems simpler.
  • Complex customer engagement. You can lead interactions with several stakeholders and manage procurement, legal and security review cycles.
  • Nice to Haves: Full-cycle B2B software sales or solutions engineering experience, with a steady record of beating quota in new-logo and expansion work.
  • Nice to Haves: Familiarity with usage-based or consumption pricing and experience building credit-based commercial proposals.
  • Nice to Haves: Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration or workflow software.
  • Nice to Haves: Experience with shared account ownership alongside a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of one integrated customer approach.
