The company builds a giving platform and support service that helps tens of thousands of nonprofits raise, recruit, and retain more, and its customers have kept growing their giving even as the sector has seen declines.
This role sits on the PDLC Operations team, which builds the internal tools that connect product development with the teams who take it to customers. The team runs an AI-driven product development lifecycle, so shipping is fast and the handoffs to Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Customer teams need to keep pace.
The company's culture is built on the values Simplify, Care, and Act.
Responsibilities
Build a product knowledge layer that gives Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Customer teams the context and content they need when they need it.
Turn direction from the Sr. Manager, PDLC Operations, who sets the direction for PDLC systems, into working tools fast: build a version, get it in front of users, keep what works, and drop what does not.
Build capture and classification steps that pull content from Jira, GitHub, Notion, Figma, Pendo, BigQuery, and Databricks, and promote only what partner teams need.
Design and maintain a versioned, sourced product knowledge repository that separates verified facts, decisions, ideas, and internal-only detail.
Design and build role-scoped delivery through the internal AI harness, so teams get launch messaging, battlecards, help content, and training from verified sources, including inside Salesforce, Gainsight, and Intercom.
Automate repetitive PDLC work such as go-live checklists, release notices triggered by deploys and feature flag changes, and status roll-ups, so program and product managers can focus on decisions.
Prototype several approaches quickly, test them with their future users, and iterate or discard them based on what you learn.
Extend and improve internal apps and dashboards built on Replit, including portfolio and capacity planning and delivery health metrics.
Build AI-assisted workflows, Claude skills, and Slack bots that answer questions about work in flight using the product knowledge repository.
Work with Product, Engineering, Program Management, Product Analytics, and go-to-market teams to understand their needs and turn them into simple tools.
Build securely and responsibly, respecting access controls, data handling standards, and audit requirements such as SOC 2 traceability between code and work items.
Document what you build so others can use, support, and maintain it.
Requirements
Experience building and maintaining web applications, APIs, and integrations in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript.
Comfort working with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication for third-party tools.
Solid grounding in testing, debugging, and Git-based workflows with code review.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and LLMs, such as Claude Code, including building and using agent harnesses and automated workflows to iterate quickly.
A bias toward shipping: you are willing to build a quick first version, learn from it, and rebuild without attachment when a better approach appears.
Curiosity about how teams work and the habit of understanding the problem before you build the solution.
Clear communication with non-technical partners, including explaining tradeoffs in plain language.
Ability to work well with a manager who owns the vision, bringing your own ideas and pushing back when something will not work.
Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly adopt AI tools in daily work to drive efficiency and support the company's mission.
Experience with content models, metadata, or knowledge graphs, and with provenance and versioning of content in Git.
Nice to have, not required: experience with LLM-assisted classification and evaluating AI answer quality.
Nice to have, not required: familiarity with Atlassian, GitHub, Notion, or Slack APIs, or with Salesforce, Gainsight, Intercom, or Pendo APIs.
Nice to have, not required: previous work with MCP servers, Replit, or SQL and data warehouses such as BigQuery and Databricks.
