Service Now Developer

Description

The company is growing its IT team and hiring a ServiceNow developer focused on IT service management (ITSM) to help build out and keep evolving the ServiceNow platform.

The company is a European digital services firm with 28,000 consultants and specialists, operating in 19 countries and reporting 2.5 billion euros in sales for 2023.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adapt and maintain ITSM modules in ServiceNow, following the platform's recommended practices.
• Help implement Incident Management and Problem Management, along with later ServiceNow applications.
• Turn business needs into ServiceNow solutions that can scale.
• Keep configurations easy to maintain and safe through upgrades, in line with ServiceNow standards.
• Write and update technical and functional documentation so knowledge stays with the team.
• Help end users adopt new features and show them how to use the platform.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow business analyst to refine IT service management processes.
• Take part in platform governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement work.
• Track new ServiceNow capabilities and suggest changes that would add value for the organization.
• Build dashboards as needed.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules in ServiceNow.
• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying in ServiceNow.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• English at B2 to C1 level.
• Analytical thinking and a focus on finding solutions.
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• JavaScript, REST APIs and IntegrationHub skills.
• ITIL Foundation.
