You will work with marketing and sales leaders to build programs that create awareness, drive engagement, and produce measurable business results.

ALM is a major growth driver for the company, and your programs will affect sales pipeline, customer engagement, and product adoption in a competitive enterprise market.

You will help turn the company's technology leadership into market momentum and strengthen its standing with global engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Work with ALM segment leaders and field marketing teams to design and run global and regional go-to-market programs.
• Plan digital campaigns such as webinars, paid media, virtual events, and third-party promotions.
• Study market data and competitor positioning, then recommend changes to messaging and content.
• Track and report on program results, using them to optimize campaigns and guide decisions.
• Work closely with sales to generate qualified opportunities and support pipeline targets.
• Coordinate with creative, product, and demand generation teams to keep messaging consistent and campaigns well executed.

Requirements

• You are a proactive marketer who can turn strategy into action and data into insight.
• You manage several initiatives at once and produce high-quality work.
• You enjoy explaining complex technology in terms of business value.
• You have 2-5 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software, engineering, or manufacturing technology.
• You have strong project management and communication skills and have worked successfully across functions.
• You are familiar with marketing analytics and GenAI platforms, or you want to build deep expertise in them.
• You are results-driven and comfortable measuring marketing impact and adjusting strategy as needed.
