Description

The company wants a senior technical lead for enterprise deals in Financial Services, covering Investments, Insurance and Banking. You will take end-to-end ownership of technical wins, working on data architecture, integrations and practical AI use cases alongside Sales.

You will run deep discovery with enterprise IT, architecture and business leaders, helping them modernise workflows and data management and showing the value of the company platform.

You will bring sector expertise to Sales, delivering technical and architecture presentations, product demos and value-focused messaging. You will also build example solutions, prototypes and proofs of concept that show how the platform works and what it is worth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main technical lead on enterprise opportunities, focusing on integrations, data management and how the platform fits into complex customer technology estates.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Directors and other customer-facing teams to learn customer problems, needs and target outcomes.
  • Run solution discovery and value-based conversations across the core products: Financial Reporting, GRC and Sustainability.
  • Lead discussions on technology strategy, data management, integrations and modernisation with enterprise IT, architecture and business leaders.
  • Deliver technical and architecture presentations, product demonstrations and value messaging aimed at Financial Services customers.
  • Collect complex business and technical requirements and turn them into practical solutions on the platform.

  • Work with Solution Consultants to set up or adapt custom demo environments for current and prospective customers.
  • Work with Sales to write business cases and proposals that set out value, business outcomes and ROI.
  • Support Sales in territory and pipeline work: plan hypothesis-driven engagements, check qualification gates before committing evaluation resources, and spot high-value expansion across accounts.
  • Act as the main technical contact for strategic and complex enterprise deals.
  • Manage projects and relationships for larger customers with broader, more complex needs.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in IT, architecture, finance and lines of business.
  • Look across the whole finance organisation for transformation opportunities that the platform can address.
  • Lead and coordinate the cross-functional the company resources involved in customer-facing work.
  • Work with selected the company business partners on joint customer initiatives aimed at customer business goals.
  • Work with partner and customer support teams to make onboarding, adoption and long-term success run smoothly.
  • Advise enterprise IT, architecture and line-of-business leaders on modern data management using the platform, automated workflows, integrations and practical AI.
  • Mentor and train colleagues, sharing technical, industry and domain knowledge.
  • Think commercially, influence customer decisions and contribute to overall sales strategy.
