Senior Solutions Architect, Autonomous Driving - GenAI

Description

The company is building a leading AI business and is hiring a solutions architect with expertise in autonomous vehicles and generative AI. The role helps customers adopt the company's full-stack technologies and build solutions for generative AI, physical AI, and other GPU-accelerated work where intelligent agents learn, reason, and interact with the world.

You will sit on the Automotive Solutions Architecture team, which works with accelerated computing platforms used for autonomous vehicle development and testing, in-vehicle AI assistance, and ride sharing algorithms. You are the first line of technical expertise between the company and its customers, working directly with developers, researchers, and scientists at strategic accounts and with business and engineering teams on product strategy for those accounts.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to scope and build solutions for AV perception and planning models and pipelines, simulation, synthetic data generation, software-in-the-loop testing, and AI-enhanced manipulation and navigation, using the company's Physical AI platforms and CUDA-X libraries.
• Give hands-on technical guidance to partners and customers on the company's generative AI stack, helping them develop and deploy agentic AI workflows and measure the gains from its accelerated software and hardware.
• Work with sales, engineering, product, and other solutions architect teams to grow adoption of the full stack. Learn customer workflows and requirements in depth, lead proof-of-concept evaluations, and send internal feedback that drives product improvements.
• Create collateral such as notebooks, GitHub repositories, and demos for workflows including AV and GenAI data curation, model training and validation, LLMs, VFMs, and video encoding and decoding.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, artificial intelligence, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on work in a technical AI role, with a strong focus on end-to-end AV models and generative AI model development.
• Production experience in Python or C++, and comfort working on Linux.
• Hands-on use of DevOps tools such as GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of AV systems, including sensors, vehicle dynamics, perception, prediction, planning, and control.
• Experience with deep learning and reinforcement learning algorithms and frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Comfortable working across levels and teams, including engineering, research, product, sales, and marketing.
• Clear verbal and written communication and strong technical presentation skills.
• Self-starter who wants to grow, keeps learning, and shares findings with the team.

Conditions

Base salary is set by location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar roles. The base salary range is 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD.
