Senior Solutions Architect, NVIDIA AI Factory Infrastructure

Description

The team is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical work with the company's customers across AI Factory teams.

The role links customers' real workloads to the company's reference architecture ecosystem, helping developers and enterprises adopt and scale its platforms.

You would be a sounding board for complex customer work, turning hard problems into workable solutions and, over time, a strategic resource for the customers and partners you support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for large or complicated customer workloads, mapping them to the company's technology stack to reach measurable results.
• Work with customers to design advanced, scalable architectures, setting technical direction, integration goals and deployment plans.
• Get hands-on with deep technical problems, designing, testing and supporting solutions that help customers succeed.
• Run technical engagements, help customers work through difficult issues, and push for their technical needs.
• Work across engineering and product teams to make deployments succeed and keep improving the company's solutions.
• Serve as the technical specialist on company products, supporting sales account managers in winning builds.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with engineers, managers and architects at key customer accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience, in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software or hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture or product management, including 3-5+ years of hands-on data center design and architecture.
• Deep technical expertise in AI and high performance computing, with a record of driving product integrations and contributing to software or hardware platforms, systems and libraries.
• Ability to explain sophisticated technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity and a commitment to customer success.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs with driving complex product decisions through strong relationships.
• Ways to stand out: hands-on technical expertise and problem solving, with the ability to clearly lay out solution paths for complex challenges.
• Ways to stand out: a history of helping customers or partners adopt the company's technologies and platforms well.
• Ways to stand out: a technical vision that shapes product and engineering decisions and drives production results.
• Ways to stand out: practical knowledge of DGX, NVL72, MGX and HGX systems, which is a major advantage.
• Ways to stand out: experience with OEMs and the data center ecosystem, plus understanding of DC power, cooling and rack placement.

Conditions

Base salary is set by location, experience and pay for similar roles, within a range of 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD.
