Programmatic Ad:s team develops a platform which enables our customers to reach broad audiences using display, video and audio creatives, while configuring targeting strategies to ensure the best performance to cost ratio.

We are a cross-functional team, working closely with our clients to understand what problems they're trying to solve, striving to iterate in small steps to allow us steer quickly if our hypothesis isn't proving correct.

THE CHALLENGE:

We deploy multiple microservices using infrastructure-as-code to AWS, using services such as Lambdas, RDS, DocumentDB, SNS, SQS, S3 and a few more. Both frontend and backend are written in TypeScript, talking to each other via REST APIs. Our choice for frontend framework is Vue.js and we get help from our platform team with building reusable components. We care about long term maintainability and believe TDD/BDD, pair/ensemble programming and iterative approach to refactoring and technical debt are the right tools to achieve that.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer - Web Development (m/f/d) at the company Ad:s, you will be tackling all aspects of building scalable and performant services, from overall system architecture, data layout and data pipelines to API design and front-end UI. Become part of the team and take on the responsibility of delivering functional excellence and value to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Contribute and grow as part of a small, self-organised, agile software development team
• Build our advertising technologies - from understanding and helping to shape the requirements to creating fully functional user facing software
• Participate on designing and developing highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems while keeping your focus on quality, observability and security
• Coach and develop team members by providing feedback and technical guidance

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in agile software development, using one or more high-level programming languages
• Professional experience with back-end and databases technologies
• Professional experience with a modern front-end framework like Vue.js, React or similar
• Experience building microservice oriented solution in cloud
• Strong collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with product, design, and other engineers
• Passion for clean code and testing
• Understanding of OOP fundamentals
• Keen Interest in new technologies and learning

• OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
• Initial Screening : A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
• Technical: Theoretical Interview: 60 minutes to discuss your technical skills on the theoretical level with the technical team.
• Technical: Coding Interview: 60 minutes of live coding where we do not access the end result but rather the candidate's approach (clean code and thinking process).
• System Design Interview: 60 minutes to solve a high-level problem with certain requirements.

• Additional Information
• The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
