Description

The team is a shared services group that runs the API platform for the whole company. API teams use it to onboard APIs, manage their lifecycles and monitor usage. Public APIs get credentials through a self-service developer portal, and the platform also includes AI gateways where API teams onboard MCP servers and tools, manage their credentials and track usage on dashboards.

You will help design solutions that meet product requirements by taking part in technical discussions, write test-driven code, pair with teammates, mentor junior engineers and support the existing API platforms.

You will look after a legacy platform and a newer enterprise API platform. The goals are easy onboarding of APIs, a developer portal that is simple for customers to use, and fast resolution of support requests, for users both inside and outside the company.
