Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company needs a senior project manager to run several initiatives at once for different departments on a contract basis.

The role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Run several projects at the same time across teams, keeping each on schedule, inside scope, and within budget.
• Take each project from planning to delivery, covering solution design, budget, staffing, and risk.
• Examine workflows and business processes, find waste, and turn what you find into clear requirements.
• Improve processes through process mapping, data analysis, and gap assessment.
• Guide change efforts so transitions go smoothly and stakeholders support them.
• Organize cross-functional groups working on joining systems, processes, and technology.
• Keep stakeholders informed and set realistic expectations through requirements gathering and progress reporting.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Experience in business analysis or product management.
• A record of improving business processes and rolling changes into products or operations.
• Experience leading teams that include both business and technical stakeholders.
• English at upper-intermediate level or above.
• Nice to have: hands-on work bringing AI into products or processes with measurable outcomes.
• Nice to have: skill with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, and similar.

Conditions

Remote work on a contract basis.
