Description

The company builds AI that lets the physical world respond to people, starting with parking, where Members can drive in and out without friction, and now extending into retail and hospitality.

The product team includes experienced product leaders and engineers, and works across parking, mobility and real estate.

The company wants an inclusive workplace where anyone can contribute and the strongest idea gets picked, and the person in this role will help keep that culture intact as the organization grows.

Responsibilities

  • Set priorities for the internal Applied AI roadmap, turning vague business problems into prioritized engineering specs and AI-first solutions.
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations and Go-To-Market leaders to map current workflows, find where automation would help most, and drive adoption of new internal technology.
  • Work with AI Engineers to design, scope and launch internal applications, prompt pipelines, RAG implementations and agentic workflows.
  • Write requirements, PRDs and measurable success criteria for each change, and track results such as time saved, fewer errors and cost impact.
  • Run agile product cycles, collect direct feedback from internal users, and keep refining deployed AI tools to improve output quality.
  • Manage change so new internal tools and systems are adopted across business units and keep delivering value over time.
  • Track production reliability, internal tool usage and the business value that deployed systems generate.
  • Build prototypes yourself rather than only writing specs for others to build.

Requirements

  • You will own internal product strategy as the sole focus of your role, partnering with business leaders in Finance, Operations, Go-To-Market and other functions to find high-impact bottlenecks and remove process friction.
  • You think analytically and work as a product leader at the point where complex operational workflows meet modern AI architecture.
  • You bring the same discipline as a core product team, with clear PRDs, steady roadmapping and structured discovery, and you adjust to a faster, scrappier pace that often involves vendors when speed matters.
  • You work alongside AI Engineers and vendors to turn operational problems into scalable agentic workflows, internal apps and automation that show measurable business results.
  • 6+ years of product management or technical product leadership, including at least 2 years shipping AI-powered applications, LLM implementations or process automation.
  • A proven record of leading internal process changes, operational improvements or internal software for business teams.
  • A practical understanding of modern AI, including LLMs, prompt systems, agentic patterns such as tool calling and multi-step reasoning, and RAG architectures.
  • Hands-on skill building with AI tools yourself, including prompt engineering, AI coding agents and rapid prototyping, not just directing engineers.
  • Working knowledge of modern data architecture, data pipelines and cloud infrastructure, including SQL, Snowflake and AWS.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with a record of explaining complex technical ideas to non-technical business leaders.
  • Good instincts for change management and user empathy, so non-technical teams move smoothly to AI-first workflows.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a preference for shipping quickly, testing in small iterations and tackling open-ended problems in a fast-paced setting.
  • Nice to have: experience managing third-party vendor selection, evaluation and integration for enterprise AI or software.
  • Nice to have: experience scaling internal productivity tools or AI agents at high-growth technology companies.
  • Nice to have: a computer science, data science or related technical background.
  • Nice to have: direct familiarity with enterprise security, compliance and governance frameworks for enterprise AI use.
  • Nice to have: experience at hyper-growth startups or in environments with rapid organizational change.
