Description

The company builds AI that makes physical spaces respond to the people in them. It started with parking, where members can drive in and out without friction, and is now extending the same technology into retail and hospitality.

You will be the main quantitative partner to the Growth Marketing leadership team. Your work will turn large volumes of real-world transaction and behaviour data into insight that drives user acquisition, retention and gross profit.

The team includes product leaders and engineers working across parking, mobility and real estate. The company values inclusion and wants every person to contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Build, deploy and improve predictive models for multi-touch attribution, customer lifetime value and customer acquisition cost efficiency, and use them to guide how marketing budget is split across channels.
  • Run detailed cohort and retention analyses to find what drives conversion, repeat use and churn across the location-based growth funnel.
  • Lead the growth experiment roadmap: design, run and analyse A/B tests, geo-experiments, holdout tests and incrementality studies for both digital and physical acquisition channels.
  • Work directly with Growth Marketing and Finance leaders to improve unit economics, justify marketing spend against gross profit targets and set growth goals for each channel.
  • Work with analytics and data engineering teams to define event tracking, build scalable growth data pipelines and create automated executive dashboards.
  • Use advanced AI tools and modern analytics frameworks to make analytical workflows faster and more productive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics or another related quantitative field.
  • 6+ years as a Data Scientist or Analytics Lead, with a clear focus on growth marketing, performance media or adtech.
  • Advanced skill in Python and SQL for data manipulation, statistical modelling and predictive analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of growth measurement, multi-touch attribution, cohort retention modelling and LTV and CAC dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation and causal inference, including A/B testing, geo-testing, synthetic controls and media mix modelling.
  • A record of working with senior executives in Growth, Product and Finance to deliver measurable bottom-line growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex data clearly so people can act on it.
  • Experience using AI tools to make static workflows faster and more productive.
  • Optional, marked by the posting as a plus and not required:
  • A plus: experience with AWS S3, SageMaker and Airflow.
  • A plus: experience with cloud data warehouses and tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Looker and Tableau.
  • A plus: familiarity with Media Mix Modelling frameworks such as Robyn and LightweightMMM.
  • A plus: hands-on use of machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch for user segmentation or churn prediction.
  • A plus: ability to write clean, efficient, robust code with good comments that produces high-quality data science work.
