Senior Product Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company is hiring a senior product manager on a remote contract. The role sits between leadership, business teams and engineering to shape new solutions and tools that move business results.

You will work with business analysts, designers and engineers, and take on niche projects or individual product stages when needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership and department heads to set the direction for new solutions and tools aimed at business results.
• Turn strategic goals into concrete product solutions that fit both technical capabilities and business priorities.
• Manage each product from early discovery and requirements through release, rollout into day-to-day operations and ongoing improvement.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so that goals, progress and decisions stay clear and visible at every stage.
• Review current processes, spot where automation would help, and put workable fixes in place.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a product or project manager in a fast-moving digital or technology setting, with results you can measure.
• A record of analysing business processes, improving them and driving digital change.
• A analytical approach that relies on data when making decisions.
• Judgement on whether a problem needs a build or can be solved without development.
• Experience creating automations that cut down on manual work and improve processes.
• Hands-on skill with no-code or low-code tools for early prototypes and testing assumptions.
• Strong communication and the ability to get stakeholders aligned.
• Self-motivated and well organised, able to work remotely across different time zones.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Optional: a background in business analysis.
