(Senior) Product Manager Consumer Touchpoints (m/f/d)

The company is the leading invoice management provider in the Nordics, offering a full order-to-cash service: invoice generation and delivery, payments, dunning, debt collection and customer service, all under one product called Invoicing as a Service.

This is a unlimited, full-time role based in Oslo, Stockholm, Varberg, Helsinki or Copenhagen, with flexible working arrangements available.

You will shape how consumers interact with the company, using customer insight and data to build scalable solutions that meet consumer needs while supporting business goals and efficient operations. You will own product strategy and roadmap for your domains within the product.

The company has over 4,000 people across 12 countries, belongs to the family-owned Bertelsmann group, and works from 30 hybrid workspaces. It provides flexible payment options across several industries and helps people repay debt.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy, roadmap and priorities for consumer touchpoints, both digital and human.
• Take ownership of the user experience across every consumer-facing touchpoint and keep improving it.
• Find customer needs and opportunities through research, feedback, market insight and data.
• Build reusable product capabilities that can scale across your domains.
• Define and monitor product KPIs such as conversion, digital self-service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance.
• Write product requirements and take an active part in development, working closely with the platform team.
• Make sure relevant regulatory and compliance requirements are built into your domains.

Requirements

• Several years of product management experience in cross-functional product organisations.
• Strong track record in product strategy, customer discovery and roadmap definition for digital products or services.
• Expertise in areas such as payments, dunning and collections, customer service or consumer self-service.
• A strong analytical mindset, making decisions based on data and focused on outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial.
• You work proactively and independently, and can make decisions in complex or unclear situations.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to influence teams and people at all seniority levels. Swedish and Norwegian are a plus.
