Description

The company runs a network for trusted trade, using AI-powered products to help governments and businesses make global supply chains more resilient and secure without slowing trade down.

The LSP Platform team builds products for logistics service providers, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs. These companies handle millions of shipments and link shippers, suppliers, and governments.

The team's tools help LSPs keep pace with new government rules and modernize their processes by joining the company's network. LSPs can run a more agentic, collaborative customs process that screens and clears shipments faster, shields customers from risk and delays, and lets them sell trade intelligence to their shippers.

This role owns the roadmap for one of the company's most strategic product areas. You will work directly with some of the largest logistics companies in the world to learn how goods move and where compliance and risk slow them down. The aim is to make the company's product a built-in part of LSPs' daily work and to turn those LSPs into contributors to the network.

You will work with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to ship features that clearly help customers. You will answer for adoption, usage, and customer results.

Responsibilities

  • Set the roadmap for the LSP products, weighing commitments to current customers against longer platform bets.
  • Learn how forwarding, brokerage, and carriage businesses run, including their operations and customer relationships, and turn that knowledge into product priorities.
  • Define success metrics linked to customer results, such as fewer holds and detentions, quicker clearance, lower compliance costs, and new LSP revenue, and track them.
  • Design around the daily experience of brokers, compliance analysts, and operations staff who handle high volume under time pressure.
  • Coordinate with the Enterprise and Public Sector product teams so that shipper submissions, LSP processing, and government records line up into one trusted picture.
  • Spend time with customers through discovery, design partnerships, pilots, and feedback after launch, then share what you learn with the team.
  • Write requirements that engineers can build from, and use AI to prototype ideas before production code is written.

Requirements

  • Have shipped B2B products that customers depend on.
  • Have 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with data-heavy, API-driven, or workflow products for enterprise customers.
  • Are curious and want to learn how a complex industry actually works, including the people, incentives, systems, and unwritten workarounds. You keep asking the next question.
  • Want to work alongside customers, such as sitting next to a broker during a clearance, and earn their trust by listening closely and returning with working results. You treat customers as partners in building the product.
  • Take ownership of outcomes. You measure the difference a feature makes, keep improving it until it delivers, and fix problems that you find.
  • Are technical enough to own the integration details. You use AI in daily work for prototyping and some code contributions, understand APIs, EDI, ETL/ELT, JSON, and integration architecture, and can work in depth with engineers and customer IT teams.
  • Care deeply about UX and dislike clunky integrations and high-friction workflows. You believe complicated processes can feel simple.
  • Preferred: Have worked at an early-stage or high-growth company and defined a product area from uncertainty rather than inheriting a mature roadmap.
  • Preferred: Have done embedded customer work, such as design partnerships, pilots, or on-site discovery, that shaped what you built and produced measurable adoption.
  • Preferred: Have built platform, API, or integration products that had to fit into customers' existing systems and workflows.
  • Preferred: Are comfortable with data-heavy or AI/ML products, including turning complex model outputs into choices users can act on confidently.
  • Preferred: Have some exposure to logistics, freight, customs, trade compliance, or supply chain technology. This is not required, since the team values how fast you learn over what you already know.
  • Preferred: Have worked on products with several stakeholders whose incentives compete, such as marketplaces, networks, or multi-party workflows.
