About the role

You will combine engineering leadership, delivery ownership, Supply Chain Finance domain knowledge and client engagement. Working closely with Product, Architecture and Professional Services, you will translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable product capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

Own engineering delivery from requirements and solution design through development, testing, release and production readiness.

Partner with Professional Services, Product and Architecture to define solutions, manage dependencies and address delivery risks.

Manage scope, milestones, quality and delivery commitments while ensuring solutions meet security, performance, scalability, resilience and supportability standards.

What you bring

Required qualifications

12+ years overall and 5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing software development and quality assurance teams, with significant experience delivering complex enterprise software products and solutions.

Strong technical background in Java/J2EE and Core Java, enterprise integration, APIs and services, databases and SQL.

Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, modern engineering practices, Agile or Lean development and the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle.

Strong delivery, problem-solving, stakeholder-management and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Working Capital or commercial banking technology, including working with banks, financial institutions, corporate buyers or suppliers.

Experience with microservices, REST APIs, containerized platforms, continuous integration and continuous delivery, DevSecOps, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript or modern web technologies.
