The Digital Payments Product team in the Small Business Bank is hiring a Senior Product Manager to define, build and speed up how small businesses handle payments and bill pay.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Show proficiency in five areas: putting internal and external customer needs at the center to reimagine and innovate solutions; delivering outcomes that matter through leverage and strong execution; using technology to build solutions that are innovative and resilient, with value now and later; identifying and solving complex problems while managing product risk; and leading cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and align the organization.
• Basic: a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (such as statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, computer science, computer or software engineering, mechanical engineering, information systems or a related quantitative field), business or marketing, completed by the scheduled start date.
• Basic: alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field plus at least 4 years of product management experience.
• Preferred: experience turning business strategy and analysis into digital products consumers use.
• Preferred: experience managing payments, money movement or financial services products, including ACH, wire, real-time or fast payments, or BillPay.

Conditions

Hybrid role: you must follow the company's hybrid policy on required on-site presence at your designated office.

Full-time annual salary ranges for Sr. Mgr, Product Management: McLean, VA $200,700 - $229,100; New York, NY $219,000 - $249,900; Richmond, VA $182,500 - $208,300. These reflect what the company is willing to pay at the time of posting and apply only to hires working in these locations. Part-time pay is prorated to the agreed hours. Candidates hired elsewhere get that location's range, and the exact salary appears in the offer letter.

The role is eligible for performance-based incentive pay, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives, and may be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
