Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer

Description

You will join the AI Software Engineering team within the company's Greek technology group, a growing community of engineers working on AI-driven digital transformation.

The team builds modern products and enterprise systems that draw on generative AI, intelligent agents and cloud-native technologies.

The work centres on scalable, AI-enabled products, applications and platforms that help clients automate processes and find new business value.

Responsibilities

• Help produce system designs and functional specifications.
• Write technical specifications for each stage of implementation projects.
• Design, build, test and document custom multi-tier applications for enterprise clients.
• Connect systems to third-party applications and data sources.
• Support business development by joining client meetings and presentations, contributing to RFP responses and preparing the related documents.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional software development experience using.NET technologies.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in IT engineering, computer science, applied sciences or a related field.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and experience with.NET,.NET Core and related frameworks.
• Solid working knowledge of ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core and Core Web API.
• Deep knowledge of databases and SQL, mainly MS SQL Server, Oracle DB or MySQL.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture and of SOAP and REST web services.
• Required: applying design patterns and writing clean, maintainable, self-documenting code.
• Hands-on work with spec-driven development frameworks such as BMAD-METHOD, Superpowers or GitHub Spec Kit, or similar tools such as OpenSpec, turning specs, plans and tasks into working code with AI coding agents.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps or similar platforms such as Atlassian JIRA or GitLab.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying and troubleshooting message-oriented middleware such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus for event-driven or asynchronous systems in production.
• Proven experience building caching, session or real-time data solutions with Redis or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB in production systems.
• Proven experience working in Scrum.
• Ability to use modelling languages such as UML for data models, business workflows and other diagrams.
• Strong understanding of multithreaded applications and high-performance web applications.
• Solid knowledge of automated unit and integration testing and related frameworks such as nUnit, xUnit, SpecFlow or Playwright.
• A plus: front-end experience with React, Angular 2+, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery or CSS.
• A plus: technical knowledge of cloud environments and architecture on Azure or AWS.
