The company is hiring a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with solution architecture experience to shape and build cloud-based SaaS products for industrial operations with complicated workflows.

This is a hands-on role: you will set technical direction and build AI-powered features yourself.

Responsibilities

• Build autonomous AI agents with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen and CrewAI.
• Create advanced Graph-RAG designs that combine semantic search with structured knowledge retrieval.
• Connect agents to engineering tools, databases, simulators, APIs and internal knowledge sources.
• Tune prompts, agent orchestration and AI performance in live environments.
• Add safeguards so AI outputs stay traceable, reliable, secure and accurate.
• Write fast Python APIs with FastAPI for AI and frontend applications.
• Design scalable, resilient SaaS platforms on a microservices foundation.
• Set architecture standards, best practices and technical roadmaps for enterprise applications.
• Advise engineers on architecture and design decisions while still writing code.
• Build cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS or both.
• Run containerised environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Make data modelling and database decisions across SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Design data platforms that serve AI, analytics and operational workloads.
• Work with product, sales, customer success and engineering to align business and technical goals.
• Produce architecture diagrams, technical documentation and solution design artifacts.

Requirements

• Proven record of designing and implementing scalable microservices-based enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related STEM field.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong skill with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar.
• Experience taking Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions into production.
• Strong use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and similar.
• Experience with Specification Driven Development (SDD) methods.
• Proficiency in one or more of Python, Node.js or React.
• Experience designing performant, secure and resilient SaaS applications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Advanced English is required.
• Preferred: strong frontend development experience with React.
• Preferred: experience in the energy, oil and gas, or industrial sectors.
• Preferred: AI-focused certifications or technical training, such as Claude Code Architect or similar credentials.
• Preferred: experience implementing enterprise-level AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Preferred: exposure to large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
