Senior Frontend Engineer (m/f/d) – Cluj

Description

The company is building a property management platform that replaces outdated tools and manual work with simple, fast, digital software for property managers.

The company is moving the industry toward AI-driven ERP systems, from automated accounting and bookkeeping to agentic workflows, and builds AI into its product and engineering work.

The backend is Java with Spring Boot. The frontend uses React and TypeScript. Everything is deployed with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.

Engineers own what they build, from design through release to ongoing improvement of scalable, AI-enhanced features used daily by thousands of users. This role focuses on the frontend.

Responsibilities

• Build complete product features across React, TypeScript and Java with Spring Boot, from design to delivery.
• Work with Product Managers and Designers to turn complicated workflows into smooth user experiences.
• Raise performance, scalability and reliability through sound architecture, testing and CI/CD automation.
• Help define and update shared standards for solutions, components and data models, so teams build modular architectures and work in a streamlined way.
• Explore AI-driven workflows and automation, keep learning, and work with an international team.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience building and shipping production software with modern frameworks.
• You are a frontend expert with some fullstack experience and have delivered features across the whole stack.
• You understand modular system design, APIs and component boundaries well.
• You care about clean code, testing and efficient CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.
• You communicate in English at C1 level and work well with cross-functional teams.
