Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Description

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.

14+ years of software engineering and technical leadership experience, including ownership of production systems and large-scale delivery initiatives.

Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus.

Strong understanding of modern AI application patterns, including:

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Semantic search

Agent-based systems

Hands-on experience building backend services, APIs, and scalable production systems.

Ability to operate across architecture, data, and platform layers.
