The company provides market infrastructure, giving clients access to global financial and commodities markets with better price discovery, liquidity and data distribution.

It operates from more than 60 offices in 27 countries and employs 5,300 people.

  • Work with vendors and service providers to bring in leading practices, speed up internal builds and drive company-wide adoption of new tools.
  • Design and help build containerisation and serverless solutions where they fit.
  • Automate environment management, logging and monitoring.
  • Take on other ad hoc duties the business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • 5-10 years practising and leading DevOps in financial or technology companies.
  • Track record of leading transformation programmes that significantly upgrade DevOps and SDLC automation.
  • Experience delivering measurable process and productivity gains through DevOps work, and running a metrics-driven continuous improvement practice.
  • Strong grasp of modern DevOps and SRE principles.
  • Deep, broad experience with AWS; Azure or GCP also considered.
  • Experience automating and integrating unit, integration and smoke testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in agile development teams (e.g. SAFe) and applying Lean delivery principles.
  • Knowledge of third-party automation tools across SDLC, CI/CD and observability, including their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Platforms: Windows Server, Amazon Linux, RHEL, Ubuntu.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash or Groovy.
  • Working knowledge of at least one language: Java, C (.NET Framework/Core), JavaScript (Node.js), Ruby or C++.
