Description

The company builds Omniverse, physical AI simulation libraries and AI models, and this role drives their adoption across a network of software partners in several vertical markets.

You will be highly technical and able to adapt quickly as needs shift. You will shape architecture and implementation plans alongside product and engineering teams, and you will work with executives both inside the company and at partner organisations.

The team is growing quickly after strong growth, and the company is looking for creative, self-directed people who care about technology.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical advisor and problem solver for partner engineering teams, working on architecture, code and integration for Omniverse and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Build and keep up deep expertise in Omniverse and related technologies such as APIs, USD, NIMs and Blueprints, through prototypes, technical integrations and reference architectures.
  • Co-design and build complex technical solutions with partners, setting objectives, architecture, milestones and delivery plans. Provide sample code, architecture diagrams and hands-on engineering help to clear technical obstacles.
  • Create technical enablement material such as code samples, reference architectures, integration guides and workshops, so partner engineers can adopt and use Omniverse effectively.
  • Work with partner software organisations, from engineers to technical leaders and decision makers, to understand their goals, remove technical blockers, promote standard processes and align them with the company's technical solutions.
  • Carry partner technical needs and feedback to internal product and engineering teams, bringing field insights that shape product roadmaps.
  • Support product launches and technical go-to-market work by validating technical claims, demonstrating integrated solutions and making sure customer and partner materials are polished.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in technology, including at least 5 years of hands-on software development or engineering.
  • A B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven hands-on work across the full software lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, integration, quality assurance and post-release support.
  • Experience as a software engineer or technical product manager in at least one of: real-time 3D visualisation and simulation, enterprise ISV software, full-stack application development, AI or machine learning workflows (including ETL, data pipelines, synthetic data generation and data preparation), or graphics and GPU-accelerated programming.
  • Deep technical knowledge of industrial software, robotics or automation technologies such as CAE, CAD, PLM, ERP, MES, SCADA and EDA, with direct hands-on work on product integrations or software libraries.
  • Experience leading technical work with engineering and product teams, including architecture design, code reviews, technical mentoring and giving talks or workshops.
  • Clear communication of technical concepts, architecture and code to audiences from engineers to executives.
  • Proven ability to structure and deliver complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritise issues and work with internal or external partners across sales, legal, product or marketing.
  • Nice to have: familiarity or experience with the company libraries and models such as CUDA-X, Omniverse, OpenUSD, RTX, Isaac, PhysicsNeMo and Cosmos.
  • Nice to have: recent experience building or integrating technology libraries into industrial, robotics or automation software.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with AIOps, cloud-native and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Docker and Kubeflow, agentic architectures such as MCP and LangGraph, and observability tools for complex autonomous systems.
  • Nice to have: a record of shaping complex product decisions through strong relationships while balancing partner needs with an understanding of the wider picture.
